Q1-2013 Gardner Report
Economist Matthew Gardner‘s report on the Washington State real estate market during the first quarter of 2013 is now available.
Mr. Gardner concluded “Economic growth in our region continues, but more at a moderate rate. Is this a sign of a slowdown in the economy, or are we returning to a more moderate pace of improvement? I believe” Gardner says” we are taking a bit of a breather, but that as consumers start to become more comfortable with their own financial situation – whether this be driven their job situation, improvement in the equity market or improving home values – they will start to consume goods and services at a faster rate, which will lead to additional employment growth.”Share this: Twitter | Facebook
