The New Matthew Gardner Report
Matthew Gardner documents it is clear that we are now well removed from the days when home prices were hemorrhaging.
His report says home values have stabilized and a recovery in values is underway. Mr Gardner also thinks the credit markets have thawed and getting a mortgage is easier now than it has been since the housing “bubble” exploded.
“Interest rates remain at historic lows” says Gardner, “and although I believe that they will rise in 2013, the increase should be modest.” The outlook is getting clearer sites the Gardner Report. Home values will appreciate in 2013, but not all markets are created equal and some will fare better than others.Share this: Twitter | FacebookContinue Reading →

This week, Mason County’s Anna’s Bay Chorale is headed east to fulfill dream.
Anne’s Bay Chorale is a community-based choir on the shores of Hood Canal near Union, Washington. Chorale director Matthew Blegen says they will perform holiday music at two prestigious venues — Radio City Music Hall and the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts.
Pretty heady stuff for a group that formed in 2007 and slowly grew in talent and confidence, adding Handel’s “Messiah” to its repertoire two years ago.
The choral will serve as the anchor choir next Sunday during a performance of “Messiah” at the Lincoln Center’s Avery Fisher Hall.Share this: Twitter | FacebookContinue Reading →
